Our Story: From Challenge to Revival
For more than two decades, we’ve helped entrepreneurs turn their dreams into reality by forming companies focused on opening local stores and fostering vibrant communities. However, many faced a harsh reality: attracting and retaining customers at a profitable scale proved incredibly difficult. According to U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data, approximately 20% of new businesses fail in their first year, and only about 50% survive beyond five years. Witnessing these struggles firsthand was deeply disheartening. Determined to find solutions, we channeled our efforts into a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing these challenges.
After several years of research and collaboration, by 2019 we had a clear vision and began developing a platform to bridge the gap between businesses and consumers. It was no small feat—our teams of skilled programmers in the U.S. and abroad worked tirelessly to bring it to life. We built a demo platform that, without the needed AI which was not available to us at the time, and without all the advanced features we envisioned, received enthusiastic feedback from both businesses and consumers during testing. The concept resonated strongly.
Then came COVID-19, which devastated our progress. Funding ran out, critical updates to the platform were not available and we even lost our demo platform. As many observed, the timing simply wasn’t right.
But now, in 2026, the timing is right.
Advances in AI have unlocked the potential we’ve been waiting for. We’re ready to revive and launch our dream platform—a seamless connection between manufacturers, retailers, and consumers. This innovative tool will empower local businesses to thrive, attract loyal customers, and contribute to stronger, more vibrant communities.
